UK Mainland Delivery Charges
Delivery charges range from £7.50 – £49.00 depending on the item you have ordered. Generally, larger fire pits will be delivered on a pallet, and accessories and most smaller fire pits will be sent by courier in a box. Exact delivery costs are listed on the delivery tab of each product.
Returns
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund. You must return it unused and in its original packaging.
If your purchase was faulty we will of course replace it at our own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
