Welcome to our multipurpose venue in rural Lancashire. We offer indoor and outdoor spaces ideal for all kinds of events, retreats, corporate meets and family and friend gatherings. Also on our site, you'll find Patty's Barn accommodation with eleven 4-star holiday cottages and two A-frame cabins sleeping up to 70 people.

Our site is located across 220 acres with open pastures, and multiple woodland spots on-site, perfect for picnics, alfrsco dining on our woodland table or outdoor sunset gigs, there's plenty of space for you to bring your imagination to life. You can also explore our nature trail loop which covers 2.5 miles across the site or explore the coastal path directly from the doorstep.
